You're still showing up. Still leading. Still holding space for everyone who depends on you. But privately — something is shifting in a way that you can't quite name yet.

Some of what brings leaders here is the quiet realization that what used to work… no longer does. The tools, the discipline, the resilience that once carried you are no longer touching what this season is asking of you. And you’re left functioning through burnout, anxiety, depression, or overwhelm without a clear way forward.

And some of it is harder to name. A season of life that has quietly altered the meaning of everything that once gave you purpose. A loss, a transition, an awakening — something that has interrupted the story you were living and left you in the unfamiliar territory of having to make new meaning and live accordingly.

And this season carries its own particular loneliness.

I hold both. The psychological and the existential. The clinical and the deeply human question of what this season is asking of you. Because for the leader operating at this level, those two things are never separate.

This is a space that is both emotionally attuned and clinically grounded—where depth is welcomed, but you are never left to navigate it alone.

My Point Of View

With over 13 years of clinical experience, my approach to care is integrative and decolonized—meaning I don’t work from a single model. I view your story and experience within the context of the systems you exist in, drawing from somatic, existential, and narrative frameworks, and when appropriate, EMDR or Brainspotting. The work is shaped around you—not the other way around.

  • Your confidence feels less stable than it once did
  • Your motivation comes in waves; or not at all
  • Your sense of purpose feels unclear, distant, or in question
  • Decision-making feels heavier, slower, more exhausting than it should
  • You find yourself holding more questions than answers
  • Anger and frustration are making it hard for you to concentrate

There’s a quiet fatigue that isn’t just physical—it’s existential.

You want space to go inward. But life is still asking you to respond, decide, and lead. And somewhere in that tension, something begins to wear.

This is often the season where the one who has held everyone else begins to need holding. Not because you’re incapable, but because you’ve reached a threshold where being the capable leader is no longer the work.

And you don’t have to navigate that alone.

This Space is for you if you are:

Schedule A Consultation

A therapist, coach, executive, entrepreneur, or leader in a public-facing role—someone others rely on, someone who holds weight well. And right now, something deeper is shifting beneath that strength.

You may still be showing up. Still leading. Still doing what’s required. But internally, it’s becoming harder to manage.

The experience

Depending on your needs, our work may take the form of licensed psychotherapy or coaching. Therapy allows us to address clinical concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. Coaching is more forward-facing, focused on leadership, decision-making, and integration. We’ll determine the best fit during your consultation.

Sessions are held virtually for therapy clients located in California and coaching clients worldwide. Standard sessions are 50 minutes, with a bi-weekly model designed to support integration.

FORMER CLIENT

What started as work around self-compassion and acceptance eventually led me to a truth I didn’t expect: I was ready to leave my marriage and forge a new path. Nichomi created a space where I could own that truth—even when it scared the hell out of me.

FORMER CLIENT

Much of my career was spent rising through the leadership ranks—but I never expected that stepping into an executive role would stir up so many fears and insecurities. I’ve worked with plenty of therapists and coaches over the years, but working with Nichomi has been the most transformative by far.

FORMER CLIENT

What I loved most about working with Nichomi was the phrase "now that you're aware of that, what do you wanna do about it?".  It's become my mantra, lol. She isn't pushy; but she will always challenge you to remember your authority. She's just compassionately real!

FORMER CLIENT

Listen if folks are not really committed to honest engagement with themselves, they may not be ready for Nichomi. But if they are, they are in for life altering insights and realizations.

Nichomi Keeps it 100!

FAQs

Is this therapy or coaching?

We determine whether therapy or coaching is the best fit during your consultation, based on your goals, needs, and location.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time I only accept Aetna. I do not accept other insurance directly, but many clients receive reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.  I work with Mentaya to help you understand your out-of-network benefits and if eligible, get reimbursed for therapy. We can discuss during consult.

Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA)?

Yes. If I am providing licensed therapy services, HSA funds can typically be applied toward your sessions. We can confirm the details during your consultation.

How Often Do We Meet?

To allow space for deep integration my practice operates on a bi-weekly model focused on deep integration. If you are currently navigating a crisis that requires acute stabilization or weekly support, this container may not be the right clinical fit for your current needs.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes—I work with clients across the U.S. and internationally, including the UK and Europe. Early session times are available to accommodate time zones, and we’ll confirm logistics during your consultation.

What Happens During the Consultation?

The consult is a 15-minute call to explore what’s bringing you here, answer any questions you have, and determine whether this space is the right fit for what you’re navigating.
No pressure. Just presence.
