I’ve always believed in the brilliance of women. Their ability to lead with both heart and strategy. To nurture families, steward movements, build empires and still hear the whisper of G-d in the quiet moments.
Degrees. Leadership Titles. A business. A beautiful marriage. Two incredible children. But behind the scenes, there was a quiet unraveling. A storm that didn’t just shake my confidence; it shook my sense of purpose.
That chapter brought me to my knees and in that stillness, I became lost, confused and angry. I like to say I hit a wall, slid down the wall and just laid at the bottom of the wall for a whole year.
But deciding to rebuild from that place changed everything. It taught me that clarity is often born in collapse—and that in collapse, we’re invited to reimagine a new way forward.
Today, that’s the work I share: helping not only women; but leaders rebuild and reimagine their impact with clarity, creativity, and freedom.
I started asking: Was any of what I had built meaningful? Aligned? Or even what I still wanted?
But I also believe in something deeper:
On paper, I’ve lived many versions of success:
That so many of us are leading and creating from fear and real freedom comes when we lead from truth and trust and, not just our ever changing titles & functions.
Today, I’ve given myself permission to show up fully, not by titles, but through the ways I love to support, encourage, and walk alongside others. I don’t just support leaders because they are responsible for so much. I support leaders because their internal world becomes the atmosphere they create for others. When they are clear, well, spiritually connected, and grounded, entire communities benefit.
This mission centers all leaders, but especially women navigating major life transitions, leadership evolution, identity realignment, and the stories they are finally ready to tell. I work with founders, executives, clinicians, and creatives, women who are visible, relied upon, and often carrying more than they name.
They don’t need more productivity tools. They need space to think clearly, regulate their nervous system, and make decisions that honor their ambition, creativity, and wellbeing.
Through trauma informed therapy, leadership focused coaching, book coaching, publishing support, and high trust advisement, I help women navigate transition, redefine alignment, and build what is next so they can emerge with greater clarity, peace, and self acceptance.
