Before the private practice, the TEDx stage, and the books, I spent years leading clinical operations in behavioral health. More recently, I designed and built a clinical AI product from the ground up, which gave me firsthand experience with the product, safety, and infrastructure decisions involved in bringing clinical judgment into AI.
