The Point Of View

The ground has shifted. Leaders are being asked to make decisions in conditions with no precedent, no clear roadmap, and no guarantee of when stability will return.

My work focuses on what it means to lead with integrity inside that uncertainty, before the new way has fully revealed itself. How do you make sound decisions, hold people through change, and stay connected to your own judgment when the old maps no longer apply?

Every leader eventually reaches a point when the strategies that once worked no longer do. The title may stay the same. The calendar may stay full. But something underneath has shifted, and the old maps no longer fit.

Drawing from psychology, leadership experience, and the realities of organizational change, this keynote explores what it means to lead during that in-between period, when the old way has ended and the new one is still taking shape.
  • A clearer understanding of how uncertainty affects judgment, behavior, and leadership
  • Language for the internal experience of transition and threshold moments
  • A practical framework for making decisions and leading others before clarity arrives

What We Hand Over

AI adoption is changing more than workflow. It's changing where judgment lives, what people continue to practice, and what leaders remain responsible for.

This talk examines what happens when human judgment is increasingly shared with machines, and what organizations need to consider before that transfer becomes invisible.

Drawing from behavioral health leadership and firsthand experience building a clinical AI product, I bring both the clinical and product perspective to the conversation.

Regenerative Decision Making

Sustained pressure changes the way people think. It narrows attention, reduces flexibility, and makes short-term relief more attractive than sound judgment.

This talk explores how depletion shapes leadership decisions and offers a practical framework for creating enough internal and organizational capacity to think clearly before acting.
